Shipping Information

In-stock items are generally shipped within two business days following the receipt of your order. Generation Faith Christian Gear reserves the right to decide the best shipping method for your order, we generally ship via USPS. You should receive your order within 3-5 days of the day the items are shipped, although we advise that you allow 2 weeks for delivery, especially around the holidays. 

If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will place your order on hold and ship it once this item is back in stock. 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be done within 7 days of receiving the product.  Generation Faith Christian Gear accepts returns of items if the goods received are faulty or if incorrect items are supplied. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges of items in a used condition, or where the tags have been removed, or the customer has had a change of mind after the 7 day grace period. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items Supplied

If you have received a faulty or incorrect product from Generation Faith Christian Gear, we will replace the item you have purchased within 7 days of receiving the product. Just Contact Us and we will make all necessary arrangements for you to return the product and get the replacement out to you as soon as possible.

Custom and all Gift products are non-returnable
